New Premises!

It’s been quite a while since my last blog post…I’ve mostly been updating customers through social media, as my updates are usually photos of recent work. However, I now have something newsworthy to share with you!

I’m excited to announce that I’ve recently moved into new premises at Rawston Farm in Tarrant Rawston near Blandford Forum. Rawston Farm is a working farm owned by James and Barbara Cossins. At the farm is a butchery, farm shop and picnic area, so when you come to visit me, you can also tick off a few other errands on your list!

The farm shop is stocked full of delicious and unusual cooking ingredients, as well as meat directly from the farm and other locally produced foods. You can even request the butcher prepares something special for you while you wait. A section of the shop is dedicated to clothing and gifts, including greeting cards, candles, jewellery, sunglasses, hats and hand made toys and decorations. A fabulous shop to pick up something out of the ordinary. You can even find a few items made by me, including cushions and Christmas stockings!

As for my studio, you’ll find me next to the farm house, as you drive out of the farm. If I’m in, a little swing sign will make you aware! But, as I’m sure you can appreciate, I’m often on the road visiting customers, so I recommend you book an appointment if you’d like to visit me to discuss your interiors requirements and browse the fabric books. When you come to my studio, you’ll see my workspace but you’ll also be very comfortable relaxing in my consultation area.

I look forward to welcoming you soon!
